Photographs and Impressions.  With photographs, you can do a pretty fair job of showing viewers the details of visual elements in your work.  But how do you make an impression...Something less tangible that stays with the viewer over time?

The "Milk Drop Coronet" and the War Room.  Is there a intentional relationship between this photograph and a famous scene from the movie "Dr. Strangelove"?  Probably not, but...

Georgia O'Keeffe's "The Lawrence Tree".  Nope...It's not upside down.  But about 95% of the time websites show it upside down, including educational sites and sites selling prints!  Why is this?
